i want to lose wieght what should i do?
eat less food, bring in more protein which fills you up with less food, drink pure water, do cardio for 60 min hike etc.
Exercise and maybe go on a diet.
work out lift weights and run alot
Do insanity... Now im ripped.
Turn your head to the left. Now turn your head to the right. Repeat. Now do this whenever offered food.
