Need to drop 5 pounds in a week. should i go all veggies and fruit or all protein and low carb?

I personally would do neither. I'd just cut back on alot of fat foods. There are many delish and healthy dishes to make, of course, they take a bit more time and preparation and I'd also only eat small portions. Also if you only start a regular walking routine, the 5 pounds should be gone in no time

exercise Alot! you will lose more fat and start building muscle. Also drink water and nothing that has to much calories

No it is impossible to drop 5 pounds in a healthy way in a week. Just eat healthy and organic and exercise (don't forget to lift! Don't do all cardio)

Protein and low carbs. Drink lots of water and you can drop more than those 5 pounds you wanna lose
