I am charged with misdemeanor burglary and petty theft what would be the outcome

A record and now you have made your life harder than it has to be .

the outcome should be jail time. if not the justice system has failed again and i would be disappointed. in all reality u will get probation,probably mess that up and it will start all over again with trial and court costs going to us taxpayers. Have fun.

The outcome of the charges might not be as good. A misdemeanor charge alone can get you a maximum sentence of 6 months in the county jail and a 3 year summary probation. That is excluding the other two.
