What are some small, healthy meals that I could take to could take to school every day?

I want it to be high in protein, and/or fiber, and easy to prepare.

A salad, a sandwich, the previous night's leftovers, the you could also bring fruits(grapes, bananas, apples, pears, etc.) and also bring a granola bar...

You can prepare tunafish which is high in protein as well as peanut butter on celery. Skip the bread and stuff the tuna in a tomato. If this way does not appeal to you, eat a 12-grain bread. You can also make turkey and cheese roll-ups. I have many other ideas however, these should get you started.
