ok the things that have worked for me are: -natural honey(just apply to face and leave for 15-20 mins) then rinse off with warm water -Aloe vera cream -avoid making any kind of contact with face. -and the BEST that i have used and still do is natural soap mother of pearl. it is great and natural, it lightens any darks spots and helps with acne.
1) salt with just enough water to make it wet and rub on face-scrub your face with this, vigorously, it will hurt and sting when your done and that's great cause it means that it's killing the bacteria of the pimples and blackheads. wait for this to dry so that the salt crystals can flake off. with hot water GENTLY wash off you face. pat your face dry and re-wet. 2) with you face wet again rub half a lemon over it, it'll hurt as above but this also reduces redness of scars and pimples. after about 10-20 mins wash it off. 3) mix nutmeg with milk so it can be spread onto your skin. spread it onto skin. wait to dry. this reduces redness and moisturizes your face. 4) repeat 2+3 until necessary, i do about 2-4 times 5) mix honey and lots on cinnamon and "paint" onto face leave this on for about 20-30 mins. 6) if you have a peticular pimple that won't go away dab some toothpaste on it for overnight treament.
Hope this all helps, i do the skin stuff once or twice a week:)

The very best thing to reduce acne redness is zinc oxide. That is the white cream you put on your nose to block the sun in summer, or even paint your whole face with a colored version if attending a sports game. You pharmacist has pure USP zinc ointment in store. A thin smear at night is pure magic for taking the redness away.
