I've been so freaking depressed! Everyday, or every 2 days. I hate it! It only happens after 12:00. It sucks! Anyone have some advice?

Report as

12 noon or midnight?
-- If its midnight, easy. Just go to bed before then. (and no sweet late-evening snacks or caffeine)
-- If it's noon, it sounds like the "afternoon slump". It comes from blood sugar spiking high after lunch then dropping fast like a rock. Some people just get sleepy, some get depressed.
Very common.
Just eat way less starch and carbs at lunch and avoid any sweet drinks or caffeine at lunch. Eat more protein and veg, instead.
[If this diet change doesn't help, you might want to see a doctor for a checkup. Could be borderline diabetes, or something else treatable.]

I like your comment. I barely eat sugar except for dessert. It's 12:00 noon. I always eat something healthy and drink life water. It has no sugar, and no caffeine, and no calories! :D

Sounds good, then! Well, maybe see if cutting out dessert is the key.
If they are lovely sweet desserts, they can do it all by themselves! Even a candy bar can do it, for some people.
--- If that doesn't work, definitely get a checkup. Blood sugar spikes are most often the culprit, so describe the situation to the doc. You don't have to be full-on diabetic (like me) to be hypo or hyperglycemic (that's chronic low or high blood sugar or a roller-coaster spiking/dipping reaction to carbohydrates). The test is easy and so is the solution, if that's what it is.
(Btw, on/off sporadic depression is caused by dietary factors, including mild food allergies, far more often than people think.)
Good luck with it! :D

I also saw your comment on another answer. Sorry to hear about your mom -- hope she's better soon. And it's double tough that your friend won't be close for morale support, too.
These are definitely stress factors that can effect mood levels at odd times. Meditation can help even it all out (sit quietly for about 15-20 minutes and not think about anything, maybe focus mentally on wave sounds or wind chimes), if you want to try that. Works for me.
And still check on the diet connection. That may be a serious factor, and a higher stress level would just amplify those effects.
I hope things get better, stay positive!

I would say see a doctor and get some anti-depressants. Also your diet might also be effecting you. Also do you change your environment after 12? As this could change your mood and lead to depression.

Is something new going on in your life or has something drastically changed recently that is troubling you?

Yes. My best friend in the whole wide world is moving 5 hours away, and my mom has been in the hospital for a mouth now.

There you go doll. Life changing situations. I wouldn't run to a healthcare provider for antidepressants unless you are becoming non-functioning and neglecting your daily activities. I do not want to sound crass however, this will pass with time especially considering the issues at hand. When you start to feel down try to find something to do to take your mind off of it. I know this is easier said than done. I truly feel for you and wish you nothing but the best.
