Do I need more ram? See attached image.

My computer has been running very slowly as of late. I am unsure if I need new ram or a new netbook. Any tips or advice is greating appreciated. http://i46.tinypic.com/350nk0h.jpg

Its a net book you need a new computer period

Why? I only use it for looking at websites. I don't even watch videos in it.
