Depends on what Vit B's are in there.... vitamin B toxicity, are found to occur in three of the B vitamins: niacin, pyridoxine, and folate, the others have no toxicity reported. Obviously a Vit B for a horse would have much higher doses than one meant for human just because of their relative size. You need to find out what exactly is in the supplement then call a poison control center or go to an Immediate Care/ER to be sure it isn't going to harm you if any of the three listed above are in it
When a human ingests Vitamin B-complex which is designed for horses, he/she should immediately visit a physician for checkup. You may need to carry with you the bottle of the Vitamin B-complex ingested so that the doctor can assess the toxicity of it.
