Why i'm gaining the weight ,even doing gym daily,how com will gain 3 pounds in 2 days....

When you first start a new gym routine, you usually gain weight before losing. This is because your body is gaining muscle whilst losing fat, and muscle weighs more than fat.
Also, you haven't really gave us very many details. Have you changed your eating habits? If you're drinking 10 sodas a day, and only going to the gym for 20 minutes, well, you won't lose any weight.
Just because you go to the gym, doesn't mean you'll lose weight. There are a lot of factors in the whole weight loss world.
What are you doing at the gym? How long are you going? What are you eating?

iam going to gym from last 5months,i do threadmil for 20mins,cycling for 20 mins,eleptial for 20mins,stepping for 20mins,and some weights,i use to burn 500+calories daily...comming to my eating habits i use to eat oatmeal cooked with water by adding flaxseeds,almonds and cinamon powder this as breakfast,and limited lunch ,greek yogurt,almonds,fruits and vegetables and cornflex with skimed milk,greetea this is my diet...
just in the weekend will go for buffet iam vegeterian
...

Well it sounds like you are doing a decent job. I would suspect then, that you are gaining muscle. Keep it up and you should see some results soon sweetie. I wish that I could give you a definite time frame, but as you know, weight loss isn't that simple.

iam looking fast ,looking odd specially belly fat

Well when I first started going to the gym, I didn't see any results until I'd been there about 7 months. In 7 months time, I lost 40 pounds, and went from a size 22/24 in pants, to a 16/18. Are you seeing any progress? Any weightloss or reduction in inches? Have you measured yourself? If you haven't I would certainly do that! I see a huge reduction in inches. In fact I lost a total of 20 some odd inches all over my body in a short 7 months.

I dont think so,before iam 110 pounds and i came to 108 and from then iam going on increasing the weight why i dont know.Now iam 115 pounds,can you pls suggest me how to loose my weight and belly fast..

It's not going to come fast. Weightloss doesn't come fast. What you are doing now, is the best thing you can do. Just keep doing it. Everyday.

before iam good in physic wise now became fast that is visible,that the reason aim worried about how its happenning,so finding the way...any way thanks alot...will keep trying my efforts to get the good results

muscle weighs more than fat does. im pretty heavy but im not fat its mostly muscle

iam eating....iam going to gym from last 6 months,at first my weight is like 108 pounds,from then it started growing why i dont know,now iam 114 pounds,iam not good with that so iam searching for better results...

Well maybe you're eating junk food? Even if you go to the gym everyday, but you eat junk your gonna gain pounds. Not as many but you will. With a combination of eating healthy and exercise, then you shouldn't gain that much weight. Also maybe it's the Muscle, not fat

No iam not eating junk food , I use to eat oatmeal daily for the breakfast,limited lunch ,greek yogurt and cornflex for dinner,and some nuts and green tea,i burn 500 calories daily...

Muscle is what's being gained muscles are heavy. But also correctly eating is something important that's needed in order to maintain a good weight

I have went to the gym for years and never once did I gain weight... I am also not on a strict diet but I walk 3 miles a day as well as exercised at the gym for an hr, once a week I do Zumba...may sound like a lot but it becomes part of your life, you make time for it. There are lots of reasons as mentioned but also have you started any new medication. Antidepressants will put the weight on quick.
