After getting a double hernia opperation last year is there any way to make my stomach look normal again?

It loooks like a Alien trying to pop thhrough from the inside of my stomach.

You need to try to tighten those muscles back up again. Are you cleared to do any kind of physical activity?? If so, I would start with walking.... and while walking hold your stomach in as much as you can. You also need to look at your diet and make sure you arent putting unhealthy stuff in your mouth.
If you eat unhealthy foods, you are going to find it harder to lose any weight and gain back proper muscular structure.

I eat healthy foods but the Dr has found blood clots in my legs & lungs. He wants me too cut down on tthe exeerrciisse & keep my legs elevated. Laatteely I haave the shakes in my hands real bad. I must be going downhill real quick.

When the blood clots get taken care of... find out if it is ok to start exercising again. It should be... but ask your Dr.
The shakes could be from any number of things.... How is your blood sugar? That could be a factor.
The good thing about a down hill is that there is usually an uphill close by.
