Okay so i'm 5"5 and i weigh 112 pounds. i eat a lot of junk food and all food. is it possible to lose 3 to 6 pounds in a week?
my mom's 5"4 and she's 105 lbs. i wanna be like her!! so im starting a routine starting this morning where im running, swimming, and doing home exercises for the whole week and im cutting myself from any junk food or soda. is it possible to lose almost 6 pounds in a week? there's a really special thing coming up for me next week and i wanna lose fat especially my legs.
