I need help why my knee hurts so bad

my knee bone has been hurting every time I lift it and when I rest it it just hurts horrible please help should I see a doctor

First try icing the knee and put the knee up. Take ibuprofen to bring some of the swelling down. If that doesn't help then see a doctor

See a doctor and they may suggest a physiotherapist to help heal it.

Yes go to a bone specialist myself I'm going to have both knees replaced not looking forward to it but the pain has gotten constant I wake from the pain 5 times at least a night

did you try opc3 and prime joint support isotonic? those two allowed me to avoid surgery on my knee.
