What color clothing would go with bluish grayish eyes?

my boyfriend is taking me suit shopping for an event but I don't know what he's talking about when he says he's looking for something that will go with my eyes. I mean its all just different tones anyway. and I mean how do you "match color"?

Blue, Gray and black are nice suit colors.. for men..
Get what makes you feel best and just accent it with something blue

sorry to hear you're colorblind. Ask this store sales person and she will be able to help you or you can ask your boyfriend to choose what he thinks looks beautiful on you. Happy shopping.

K cool. It works... I guess, I ended up getting a "maroon" tie with a "navy" suit and a white shirt. I don't know if it looks good or bad
