If you are referring to the colon cleanse that cleans out you're intestines then I've tried it and it works wonders. You feel lighter and have more energy. I hope that's what you're talking about or else I need to ask if you can be more specific

Yes, it works very well for weight loss and detoxing your system. It also reduces cravings for junk food and processed foods. It is not a starvation diet, as some people claim. You still get a reasonable amount of calories.
