Is beef jerky a helpful snack if you're trying to lose weight?
Not to me. i always end up eating almost all of the packet.
Yes. Beef jerky is a high-energy snack that can fuel you through a vigorous workout or intense bout of exercise.
Beef jerky is an easy way to get protien, but it's also VERY HIGH in salt content. Salt makes you retain water, making it difficult to get that trim look & feel.
Depending on how much you eat! I end up eating a ton but, if you can limit yourself...then yeah!:)
