How many calories do you eat in 1 day (24 hrs)??
The average person wiill not gain or lose weight by eating/drinking 2000 cals. per day.

If you will go to that link (or find another) and count up the calories you eat/drink in 24 hrs, I will bet you it's a lot more than 2000. Look at your foods, and cut back until you are only eating 2000 a day. You will start to lose weight, because it will be less that you are eating now. Some exercises every day will help, too, and walking FAST for awhile for about 1/2 mile each day will help also. You can increase your walking distance if you want to. Good luck.

Eat healthy food... But I do 100-200 crunches a day that's not a lot if you breath through your nose and don't go fast but start off with a couple and get higher every day. And just by doing crunches I lost 10 pounds in one week. But I also have a herbst appliance in my mouth and I can't eat it's dumb... But yea I say do crunches or sit ups crunches are easier though...
