What hair color looks good with fair skin?

I have blonde hair now, and my natural color is an ash brownish but I am so tired of doing the roots and it being damaged. I want to dye my hair brown because I feel like it'll look healthier and make my blue eyes stand out. I want to die my hair a dark brown like Nadia bjorlin or Megan fox. Their eyes really stand out with that color, but my family thinks it's too dark I'm not sure what shade brown? I kinda have fair skin, but I'm usually tan, I Just haven't been in the sun in forever! so I'm kinda pale, but not really pale lol! Any suggestions?

My personal opinion is to keep it the way it is. Go natural. I dyed my hair a ver dark brown because i have fair skin and light blue eye but I'm soooooo tired of taking care of it... and you can't just dye it back to your color. It take a lot to get it back to a lighter color. I am in the process right now of trying to get back to my natural blond hair.

I was the same way. my natural hair color is like a light brown/ dark dirty blonde, and I was tired of dealing with my roots. so I dyed my hair brown, and I thought it would make my blue eyes stand out more as well, but brown hair didn't look good on my for some reason /: so now I got my hair ombr?. and it looks really good! you should try it (:

I'm a hair stylist and I also have fair skin. I think a medium warm brown with some Carmel hi lights would look great
