I'm having headaches every week, what does that mean?

and when i do get them they come from the neck then go straight to the right side of my head.

I'm going to urge you to take the headache self assessment test which will identify the causes and appropriate remedies for headaches: http://www.internethealthlibrary.com/sq/headache-assess.htm

You might be stressed, or have them from electronics, too much on your mind, or light.

I spent my saturday night off taking 900 attempts to beat the impossible game. I can now beat it in under 10 attempts. -Fistpump-

Hi Sir Marcus. How are you doing?

I'm decent. I just found out a mystery. Lol. How are you?

Well, I noticed this question because I am at home in bed today. Having a bit of a migraine but this time I'm feeling dizzy... We had Chinese food last night, and I'm wondering if it was MSG that is causing this. I've been looking up things in the Internet about it. How are you today? And what is this Mystery? I like a good mystery...;)

Oh I'm sorry. :( I hope you feel better soon. How bad is it?
.
I once believed I was going insane. I get a huge variety of very strange symptoms all the time. Half of the symptoms pertain to daily occurrence and half pertain to at night (the ones at night seem like possession). I was scared to death for months until I found out it's all caused by chronic migraine symptoms and prodrome. I believe I have acephalgic migraine and this causes hypnogogic hallucinations as well as intense prodrome. That was the mystery... Trust me, the experience was much more interesting than the way I tell it. LOL.

What is prodrome or intense prodrome? Sorry if it takes me time to get back with you sometimes, but had to make a a late lunch... I'm feeling some better....
Report as
Prodrome is defined as a symptom that comes before–hand.
.
If I were to worry about your timing I would be a hypocrite. :P I hope you continue to feel better.

But I think I get the message
Report as
I have migraine symptoms such as sensitivity to light, trouble regulating body temperature, inability to read, inability to write, inability to find names, inability to process grammatical syntax, blindness, and a bit more. These symptoms are called prodrome. I haven't seen a doctor but it definitely seems like I have chronic migraines along with prodrome. My chronic migraines also cause night–terror–like states in which I hallucinate while at rest.
.
Basically, my brain is a distorted mess. Lol.
Report as
None of this is ever–lasting, though. Just reoccurring.

Aisha, you could be having a type of migraine headaches, honey, depending on how debilitating they are. I suggest you take the test that Cyber suggested. Didn't know there was such a thing. But if they're migraines, you'll need to get medical help for them.

take Tylenol or headache relief pills and you should limit yourself when it comes to stress do stuff ahead of time so less stress is on you the next day make a schedule or have a planner leave at least two or one hour for time to urself and to relax get more sleep and know what stuff can be put off for the next day and do stuff that will keep your mind off of stress so you dont get a headache
