I know I'm asking again! What's this shakiness?

If I don't eat for an hour or more Ill get really shaky and weak. Then I'll eat and Ill get really dizzy and zoned out, like I can't pay attention. Some people have told me it has been low blood sugar but I eat a lot with sugar. What could it be?

Yes, I bet it's hypoglycemia.

Low blood sugar doesn't require you to eat a lot of sugar. In fact what may be happening is that you eat a lot of sugar and carbs, which digest quickly but then get used or stored quickly so you get spikes and crashes. Eat protein and fiber, instead.

You should back off of the sugar. Eat whole foods and less processed foods. It will help stabilize your blood sugar. If it's still a problem it's time to go to the doctor, as it could be thyroid or pancreas related.

Can you really not go an hour without eating, without feeling faint? You should really call your doctor, as it can be more serious - like pre-diabetes or something.

It also may not be food-related at all.

With out blood tests people can guess and that's all their doing. They have already told you the most likely causes but you need to see a doctor and get some tests run if you want a real answer and the problem solved. Asking over and over is not going to help you and your getting the same answers.
