I'm trying to get a flat stomach I'm 13
don't say I don't need to lose weight (Read please)

okay, I'm 13 and I'm 118-120 pounds (I don't remember) I'm have really big love handles and I hate them and I want a completely flat stomach I have been running on a treadmill for 30 mins a day will that do good for me? will I lose those love handles and fat and how long will it be? please help!(:

Play sports and eat right, that's really all you can do;) Btw your not fat if your 118 and 13 yrs old.

cardio excercise works all the time wait about nine month to see the effects that's what i learned

Sit up and crunches are how i say skinny. Im also 13 years old, i also do a dance class every monday but the treadmill should make up for that

That's almost the perfect weight for a 13 year old. Light exercise, like running a bit, and eating healthy is all it takes.

do sit ups and crunches and keep running the tread mill and go on the weight watchers diet my friend who did lost lost 40 pounds and she is 15! and eat healthy and don't starve yourself and keep to working out everyday and you will lose weight

Eat a healthy diet and be active cause sometimes running in treadmill doesn't work. And keep a healthy lifestyle

You should try to work on your abs with push ups, sit ups, planks, stuff like that. How long it takes depends on how often you do it, and how much you need to loose.

Yes you will loose weight. Remember you don't have to run. Walking is just as good. I personally hate running and you get tired very easily from it. There is this wonderful app called my net diary and it keeps track of your calories and goals and etc it works great you must try it. You don't have to sign up for anything for it at all hope this helps

Running isn't going to help your stomach it will only help your legs do sit-ups about 100 a day then add 25 each 2 weeks tell you get to 300 then try doing them off a 45 degree angle

I stay thin by running ,push-ups , and mainly doing my MMA im 13 too and Im 120 (ur not that bad)

that is one of the hardest things to lose (i know because ive had to). here is a great exercise: sit on the ground, bend your knees and lift your legs and feet off the ground. then (sitting up) take both hands and put them on one side of your body. switch which side your hands are on quickly over and over, turning your whole torso and keeping your feet off the ground. do in spurts.
