Dreams are the brains way of dealing with fears, experiences, and every day things, especially things we're anxious about. Allow it to run it's course. It will mend itself, that's what it's there for. Without this process we would go crazy in real life. It is just your brain protecting itself. People have written books on analyzing dreams, what they mean, and what to do, but it is really just your brain fixing itself. Let it!
