No, the use of lubricant is only to help with penetration, it doesn't have anything to do with getting pregnant. A man can wear a condom and still use lubricant, or go without a condom, but it's only to assist to ensure an easier experience.

Natural lubrication is partly cervical fluid, which does aid the sperm in traveling to meet the egg. During certain times of the month, you may notice an increase of and change of texture of this lubrication, which is the body signaling your most fertile days and changing to allow the sperm the easiest trip to meet the egg for fertilization.
As far as artificial lubricants, they can also affect conception. If you are trying to conceive, you need to be sure whatever you are using is fertility friendly. They even make special lubricants for couples who are trying, that mimic the body's normal fertile lubricant.
