When all else fails, try taking melatonin. It is NOT a drug but a hormone that your body makes and releases to help you sleep. Sometimes your body doesnt make enough and you have to supplement. It is non addicting. and it wont make you feel groggy like benadryl or any other sleep aid will.
You can download and App on your phone called "Relaxed Melodies" It has a variety of different sounds that can put you to sleep, and it might let you be able to dream during your sleep. It's also good for meditation.
take a shower, drink a cup of tea, turn over your pillow (maybe your body wants to feel cool), stretch for your muscles to expand and as you release your body rests and it'll make you tired enough to fall as asleep (:
