What's a good way to lose weight

bribri3, cardio. Run, run, run. Also biking, dancing, jogging, playing sports. Anything that raises your heart rate.
Also watch what you eat. Replace junk food with fruits and veggies. Drink more water. Practice portion control.

Being in shape does NOT mean being skinny. Skinny is out of shape. Just as bad as obesity. Do NOT concern yourself with how much you weigh.... concern yourself with how you feel about you. How your clothes fit on you... How people perceive you is of NO great concern... how YOU perceive you is best.
You should never have to step on a scale except to find the proper dosage of medication you should take for something.....otherwise, stay off it.
