What driverboost software supposedly does is scans your computer for any outdated drivers. Then it will notify you which ones need updating. However, you will have to buy the software to update them. But the software is basing that determination on the latest date of the driver of your hardware device. Just because a driver is several years old does not automatically mean it needs updating. here is where this is really a rip off for you: you don't need to buy software to download drivers for you when you can update your drivers yourself for free. All manufacturers provide FREE driver updates for their hardware so it's not necessary for you to pay some company the price for their software to do something you can do yourself for free.
So, you can trust it, but its a sham, just do some research on your drivers, look for updates.
The software program "Driver Boost" is legit, and some users have reported that it actually improves the features on the print options screen if you use it to improve your print driver. However, if you can update drivers yourself, you don't need it.
Yes, DriverBoost can be trusted. I purchased this software to help fix the errors I was having with my drivers. There are ways in which you can find drivers to update your existing drivers, but some people do not have the time to do a search like that. With DriverBoost it scans your entire computer to find out which drivers are out of date. Once this is detected it then proceeds to find the most up to date drivers your computer needs. By doing this it stops all the error messages you may receive about your drivers. I am so glad I found this software as it has helped me in a major way. The price for this software is very reasonable as some people live on a budget. I have recommended this software to others in which they were very pleased as well. If you ever have any questions customer support is always there to assist with any questions you may have. This software has a very user friendly interface as well.
DriverBoost is absolutely legit. And while it is true that you don't need software to update your drivers (if you check their blogs on updating drivers they actually tell you this themselves) the software is useful because it makes updating your drivers more convenient . It just saves you time, and ensures that your drivers are updated correctly. It is possible to do it incorrectly on your own. DB just gives you a guarantee that the correct driver was fixed with the correct update. I've been using DriverBoost since May, and I think it's really valuable software to have. Especially if you're not comfortable doing your own PC repair, which I am not. I usually do more damage than anything else when I try DIY computer fixes, so software like DB simply gives me peace of mind.
