You don't need emancipation papers to move out. You need a plan on how to manage your life and school and your expenses. You will need to live with another family because nobody will rent to a 16-year-old. You will have to pay them room and board, so you need one good-paying job or two minimum wage jobs for after school and weekends. That payment won't cover clothes, school supplies, electronics, cell phone, hair cuts, bus pass, entertainment, or shampoo. You have a bit of time to get all this sorted out. Good luck to you. I hope you find what you are looking for.
Your freaking 15 years old you don't know anything about life. You need to get your education before you move out or chances are that you will fail in life. If I was your parent I would put your ungrateful butt in military school.
Not going to happen, period! If the situations are that bad at home call CPS. If not, you might as well make the best of your situation. Like everyone else mentioned, your too young to rent, buy or enter into a contractual agreement! So you're down to two choices, ward of the court living elsewhere, or spending the next 2 plus years at home making the best of the situation
