It's such a huge debate nowadays. I think people should get off the "Droid" Apple thing and start focusing more on the manufacturers like Samsung, Apple, Motorola, LG, HTC, etc. There is only one iPhone and there are a lot of Android devices. Some good, some bad.

Apple, I have an i-phone and a droid tablet Apple is way more user friendly. My droid tablet constantly crashes, don't know whether it's the tablet, or droid network. Wish I'd gotten ab i-pad, instead.

Apple is a company, Droid is a phone series that is on Verizon. iOS is an operating system that Apple the company makes and Android is an operating system that Google the company makes. Between iOS and Android I would say Android because that is my taste but that doesn't necessarily make it better. I like the S3 and Note 2 and they use Android so that's why I like it.

iOS: pro - runs natively compiled code so it runs very slightly faster on average

con - proprietary and overpriced

Android: pro - runs JIT compiled code so it runs badly optimized programs slightly better. It's also free from google (both in terms of free speech and free coffee). Devices in the same generation also tend to have higher specs.

con - runs slightly worse on the average. A lot of device manufacturers also massively overprice their devices. For example the LG/Google Nexus 4 is faster than the Samsung Galaxy SIII and they both have similar features yet the Nexus 4 is considerably cheaper. Why? Because Samsung's SIII is way overpriced.

I like Droid better , apple all the new generations are just basically updates on the new phone which is utterly stupid . I like Droid because they make different versions of they're stuff unlike apple new generations just being updates

Droid. More durable. Larger screne. Longer battery life. And theres many different models of the droid so you can pick what you like better.
Apple phones, die a lot quicker. Are more fragile. Smaller. And theres only one model. Theyre all the same. Kind of boring
