Should I workout if only my right arm is a little sore and my left arm isn't sore?

I do 450 push ups (super sets). Last time I did it was two days ago. I do them every other day. I feel like I can work through the pain but if I was to rub my fingers and add a little pressure on the sore part of my right arm I can feel it. By the way I'm 5'7" and I weigh around 160.

If you do the same thing regularly, it shouldn't be hurting, so you could have hurt your arm somehow. It will probably make the damage worse. You shouldn't work out, or maybe just do half.

You need time to rest.Do 2 or 3 days working out ,1 day off.Every 2nd or 3rd day you should relax,or switch up workouts.

If you can stretch or massage it into feeling better, go for it. If not give it a day or two.
