Should I workout if only my right arm is a little sore and my left arm isn't sore?
I do 450 push ups (super sets). Last time I did it was two days ago. I do them every other day. I feel like I can work through the pain but if I was to rub my fingers and add a little pressure on the sore part of my right arm I can feel it. By the way I'm 5'7" and I weigh around 160.
