i really need to lose 30 by august and its febuaray who can i do this and is it healthy?

then jogging and sit ups but focus on running and jumping jacks...if you want to dancing is a great way to loose some weight! good luck!

Start watching what you eat. I did that and I lost 20 pounds. Then wake up a little earlier to work out for at least 15 mins in the morning. Trust me it'll be worth the effort

Do a lot of cardio. This means run,swim,jog.And never give up :)

You can exercise, jog.....stuff like that.
Just get more active and eat healthy.

Work out every other day then every day. Push yourself to do better than your last workout. Also eat the right foods. None of that processed food crap. That stuff makes you gain weight not lose it.

If you don't eat breakfast in the morning that could make you fat. Eat a really big breakfast in the morning, a smaller lunch and a very very small dinner. Try to avoid eating pizza for diner because it has a lot of cheese, and cheese has fat in it. Avoid eating fat at the end of the day.

Honestly I had the same problem. Your still young and your body is growing. You can eat healthier and be more active, but don't force it because your still very young. Also if you drink a lot of sodas try water. (Cutting out sodas helped me A LOT!)
