I have a gut

I have a gut and I've had it all my life and i just want to get rid of it. Advice?

If your up for it go on a juice fast... Just pure juiced fruit and veggie juice and water for a month... If not do some cardio. But don't do some boring treadmill, do somethin fun and active, join an mma club or some active sport.. Put in discipline.. Don't buy junk when you go to buy food, stay positive and looking towards the goal,... Limit your portions and watch your sugar, carb and sat fat intake... Best of luck:D

Definitely do some sit-ups/crunches start off with doing a couple a day 5-10 .As you become stronger you could do 15-20. Also eat healthy Vegetables,Fruit Exc:
