Is the Toro PowerShovel Worth the money?

in Edmonton, Alberta it's only $99.00 is that a good price because before it was $140 is it a good price $99 for the PowerShovel and do you recommend it? thanks! :-)

Depends on the amount of snow fall you get and the amount of surface you need to shovel. If it's just a small amount, that's a good purchase. Anything large or deep and you need something with more power.

It will work fine with small amounts but it wasn't built to handle larger amounts like a good two-stage thrower does. But if you don't get deep snow all that often, then the powershovel will work. It also depends on what KIND of snow you get. Dry, light powdery snow, even in quantity, can be handled by a powershovel. Heavy wet snow can not.

I say go ahead and get one. It's only a $100 investment. You can't go very wrong.

Not bad for clearing your deck etc!! Small amounts if snow only!

Anything over two inches of light snow and it's useless.
