If finances allow it, maybe .. Seems like a rather expensive device for someone that young. I know a lot less expensive phones that would offer the same primary function .. the phone. I wouldn't think having the ability to access the internet so readily for such a young'n would be THAT important.
No. And the ppl that are saying yes are most likely the ppl who are that age.. So dont listen to them, cuz obviously they will say yes. But i reccomend a simplier phone . An i-phone is more in a teenager/adult kinda phone
if they really want one, just get them an iPod Touch. its got wifi capabilities so they have the internet, but no monthly bill. If they want to make calls, they can always FaceTime for free at home, again using wifi.
