If my period is almost a day late and I'm experiencing unusual stomach/back pain along with Brest issues could i be pregnant?

The fact that your period is late for almost a day and you are experiencing back and stomach pain doesn't necessarily mean you're pregnant. All this could be stress-related. However, for an in depth analysis and checkup, consult your general practitioner.

A few days late could mean many things. Then again if you are having sex you could be pregnant, even protected sex. There is no 100% effective firm of birth control , save abstinence.
