Cooks & Chefs - What is the best cooking oil? This would be also used in the food when it calls for oil. Don't like a strong flavor of oil.
extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is a favorite though more expensive. next would be vegetable oil, but read the ingredients and avoid hydrogenated oils.
i think u should contact a doctor and see what they say.
If you're cooking at low heat olive oil is fine but for longer cooking times or baking ,use coconut oil.
I use Pam and it works great
