Do everything you can. Do stuff you always wanted to do. Take a break from job or whatever. Go to trips and hang out more with friends. Also don't forget to go to find help to stop the depression from spreading. Try hard to bring out the happiness!
Looking at the bright side of things, talking to a friend, getting medication (made me feel weird though..), listen to happy music, get a new hobby, get a pet, watch TV, smile. The worst thing you could do is let it consume you (INAZZY! DX) Stay strong!! <3 <3
