There are many variables that you should take into consideration, such as your height, body structure, muscle mass, and fat percentage. In my opinion, I think it's better to be fit and weigh more rather than not be fit and weigh less. I weigh 135 and I'm 14, I'm 5'2", and I have a medium body structure. However, I'm very muscular for someone my age, so my weight is higher. Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat.

Depends on your height and bone structure. The average weight for a thirteen year old girl is anywhere from 100-130. Your right in there so I wouldn't give it too much thought. You could always start exercising or eating healthier foods to make yourself feel better about it.
Im 13 and also weigh around one hundred and twenty, i weigh 115 lbs. I am 5 foot 7 inches and I went for my phisical yesterday and my doctor told me Im in the lower normal range (close to underweight, but still in normal) So your fine. Dont worry!
