Find something else to do. Currently I'm on vacation so I don't have any stress, meaning that I don't cut. You could draw, listen to music, watch TV, talk to someone, email someone, exercise, break things, or you could take a vacation like I am. ^__^ Good luck and stay strong!! <3 <3
Is there a trigger that causes these urges? For those of us who don't have those tendencies, it's hard to understand, why anyone would want to hurt themselves. It would help if you had someone you could talk to about this. Talk to you counselor at school, if you trust them, they can help!!
