What'll happen if you feel Dizzy, light-headed, nausea and fatigue while running in physical education?

Hello! I am in the 7th grade and during the beginning of my first year at a new school I signed up to be in P.E (Physical Education) for an elective for 2 semesters and a whole year.
Both of my P.E teachers usually made us run two songs inside the auditorium/ gymnasium in the beginning of class and sometimes we would run outside of the Gymnasium doors which has a track and my teacher's made us run at least three tracks at a time without stopping.
I have been going to that school for at least 6 months now and suddenly I have been feeling sick after I run or any physical activity and sport I have been involved in. My symptoms are:
- dizziness
- nausea
- light-headed
- fatigue
- weariness
- shortness of breath
Please help me if you know anything that I can do to help that. Also, Does anyone know anything that would cause me to feel like this, I used to have something close to Asthma when i was younger, but it was called asthmatic symptoms and I have passed that. But now, it seems like it came back. Can that happen? thank you so much.

These symptoms can be associated with various health issues like Anemia. I would recommend that you see a doctor to be able to have tests done so as to determine the real cause. In the mean time, go easy on the exercises.

Thanks. This had been a real pain in the butt. What is Anemia? and my doctor hasn't done anything to help with that just yet. My P.E teacher will report a failing grade if I don't participate. But in the meantime i'll take your advice and have a discussion with the both of them. thank you so much. This helped me alot. thanks for your advice by the way. :)

ohhh ok that makes more sense now.. I take pills for a.d.d and when i went to my doctor's offce he said that lack of drinking milk also helps too.. that's weird.. Can that really happen? i believe him and all but.. If you don't drink milk, won't you have lack of cacium inside your bones? i'm confused and thank you. :) i'll take your advice, that's a really good idea i should do that more often

Yes! lol i'm not sure why it's an elective, perferably I think my school should make it more necessary for us and really? is it normal if I barely started feeling this way after awhile? thanks for your advice by the way. :)
