If you're doing 100 squats, everyday, and can still walk afterwords. My guess is you're not doing them correctly. Look up videos on YouTube to make sure you have the correct stance and are doing them correctly.
What you're doing is aerobic exercise with 100-150 repetitions. You won't get much if any muscular growth. You have to use heavy weight. Make sure you use enough weight so you can't do more than 10-15 reps in a set.
