How to loss my more fat from my body ?

I am 45yr old lady but my weight so more so I want to know about best drink supplement who have lose my fat very soon..

Water. Stop drinking soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, juices, any sort of drinks that are high in sugar. Just drink water. Black coffee in the morning is fine (no sugar). And make sure you work out - cardio is the best for losing body fat. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. Do a lap or two around the block, or go to your gym and jump on the treadmill or elliptical with some headphones and an ipod. I like to run on the treadmill with my tablet and watch tv shows while I'm running, it helps pass the time.
