How to make my skin healthy?
I wash my face twice every day. but nothing seems to work!! I really want clear skin.. suggestions?
The way you eat also has a lot to do with it... Eat more veggies and fruits:)
Clean and Clear Astringent. And you can put toothpaste on your breakouts before you go to sleep and it minimizes them.
All of the above and keep hydrated with water and juices. Keep sodas and alcoholic beverages to a minimum since they are diuretics and will dry you out.EDIT: I see you are 15. No alcohol for you anyway.
