im starting to work-out and laying off soda and greasy foods maybe that help

Work out and stop eating unhealthy foods. Worked for me lost 100 lbs. good luck

Drink a lot of cold water it burns calories on it's own and also helps the body get to the weight that it feels is correct and you stay hydrated
