When you find you like. You can always have it altered if you need to.

Do whatever you feel comfortable doing. When my daughter got married, I first looked at dresses online, figured out what colour/style I wanted, and then went dress hunting. I purchased my dress about 3 months before the wedding. I even tried on a few elegant types of pant suits. Everything went off without a hitch! Don't wait too long, as you may begin to panic, and you don't want/need that added stress! Hope everything turns out well for the wedding. Another thing I did was speak to the Mother of The Groom, just to make sure we weren't wearing the same colour. Also find out what colours the wedding party are wearing, if they know already, and some of the colours of the flowers. Just some food for thought! :)

Your daughter is going to be married by next January and still you don't have a gown for yourself. Buy it before 14 Jan or late 13 Dec.
