The "Fablehaven" series, and "The Candy Shop Wars" by Brandon Mull, the "Maximum Ride" series by James Patterson, "Percy Jackson and the Olympians" series and "The Heroes of Olympus" series by Rick Riordan, "The Dark is Rising" series by Susan Cooper, "The Wizard Heir" series by Cinda Williams Chima, and "The Chronicles of Narnia" by C.S. The Mortal Instruments Series
I'm 13 and typically I hate reading but the series "Warriors" by Erin Hunter is such a good series I can't stop reading! If you plan on readings make sure you start with the first book! It's called "Warriors into the wild". It's cover is a reddish orange cat in a forest. If you want any more info than comment asking for my number and we can text about it! Hope I helped :D

There is a great book called Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. The sequel is in the making right now :/
