What is the best thing i can start doing that will increase my vertical jump?
i'm a 17 y.o. guy, 175 pounds. i'm very athletic and i lift weights about 4 times a week. my diet is very strict. what are some things i should start doing that i may not be aware of/things i should focus on/tips/anything else that can help me. my vert. jump right now is about 24 inches without taking a step (idk what it is with a step)
