I love the global reach of the site, it can allow me to exchange ideas and provide information to people stationed around the globe. All too often we fall into the trap that this site is based solely in, and used most by those of the U.S. But I've found its reach can boggle you mind when you receive responses from India, Bali, Thailand, Australia, Germany, and on and on. Plus the many friends I've made here is a real plus also. I consider ANYONE who takes time to answer the mundane and sometimes boring questions I ask HAVE to be considered a friend, to take time to answer such varied and routine questions day after day.
I like all of the crazy people that like correcting grammar :p the main thing I like I getting other people's opinions. "A wise king has many advisors in his console" I think it's good to get advice from people because there seeing it from a third person perspective looking in its sort of like football the coach on the sideline can see more than the player on the field .
Getting to meet different people and talking about different subject and commenting on them. Being able to have an adult debate with people that don't always agree with you. You learn from other people and hope that what info you give helps others
When I was a kid I never wore shoes.. I didn't know I was supposed to.. but I started going to school (and yes shoes were required back then) and I would get in trouble for taking off my shoes as soon as I got there.. that went on for awhile.. not a good thing for me. but as time went on it became somewhat popular with peers... oh getting to the question.. Only here .. have I met some great folks who would have any idea what that may have been about.. and how much h3ll I must have gone through..
