Can I take a homeopathic for sleep while taking ativan with no side effects?

I have been on Ativan 2mg.4x a day , for over 30 years for anxiety/panic disorder.. I now have insomnia & sleep apnia and am dead tired most of the time. What Homopathic could I take that would be safe while taking the Ativan? I need some sleep desperately!!

Never mixed sleep medication and check with your doctor...also you may need to get a second opinion on 30 year old meds...

It is never a good idea to mix homeopathic or herbal medicines with conventional medicines. The best thing to do would be to check with your doctor if the two are contraindicated, that is, if there will be any adverse effects.
