Are there consumer rights regarding deceitful credit card processing companies

Is there any recourse for consumers when they have been deceived by a credit card processing company? No transactions have occurred and cancellation was requested within 24 hours of final interaction with the company and 6 business days since initial contact. This company claims there is no grace period for consumers and basically, no rights. Any help would be appreciated.

Whether you have any recourse depends upon your contract with the credit card company. If you signed any paperwork, go over it, especially the fine print, and see what rights the company has. If there is nothing to the effect of what they did to you, visit an attorney for professional legal advice on the legal remedies available.
