Can foreigners audition for X-Factor?

I don't live in America, I live in Europe and I don't speak the language that my country does, so I can't audition here. Could I audition in America?

You have to be a legal US citizen, or able to work full time in America.

If you are under 18, you must me with a parent/guardian.
