Please read description!

Ok, so my grandma had this red bump on her eyelid and it recently popped. After that happened her eyelid became red. She's not good at technology so that's why I'm helping her out. Please respond, is it bad?

Sounds like maybe it was a cyst; assuming it popped to the outside of her eyelid, I'd just gently rinse with warm water and pat dry. Watch it to make sure no infection develops. If the redness spreads or intensifies or any pain develops, it might be a good idea to see a doctor to make sure everything is okay. Same if the area becomes warmer to the touch than the surrounding tissue.

could just been a sty or pimple but i would have it checked out by a dr

It seems like something bite her in the eye. Like a spider with venom not strong enough to kill a human, but still annoy one.
